@mickcraig101 Would advise an outer layer of spinach leaves with roasted veg to protect from soggyness. Smashed chickpeas is another alternative to tofu e.g. curried flavour or with veg. I forgot marmite is vegan too if that helps

Are you using C57BL/6 mice for neuroscience? Check out this preprint by @lab_stark.

TLDR: C57 mice are frail and stupid bc they're inbred, and they're ruining your experiments! Hybrid mice are way better. Please RT - people will want to know about this. 1/
