@megabusuk absolutely terrible service on my last 2 journies due to delays. There's a severe lack of communication within your company. Delays have cost me financially and I'm very disappointed
We landed in Las Vegas on Sunday with no luggage @VirginAtlantic said it would arrive last night... Checked this morning and it still hasn't arrived π
@VirginAtlantic Obviously we only have a certain amount of money with us for our trip. We're having to pay out a lot extra for things we weren't expecting which will leave us short at the end of the week. It's not our fault yet we are having to lay out for it. What can you suggest to help us?
@VirginAtlantic We've had to take time out of our plans to go shopping for toiletries, clothing and to buy atire for trips we booked, Kayaking etc. We have been told we can't get compensation for the time lost from our holiday or stress caused because it's in your policy. Hugely disappointed!!!
@VirginAtlantic Yes we have, they've said it should arrive at some point today. It's been 3 days, it's very inconvenient and has caused us huge stress on our holiday. We do this trip every year and always fly with yourselves.
