@ClarionSupport we are now on day 5 of no Gas, so we have no hot water. I have a disabled child under 5. Can you provide us with somewhere we can at least bath/shower?! Or give us a lead time please? @SmithandByford

@ClarionSupport We’ve been without gas for 48 hours &been advised that smith&byford do not work weekends so no update until Monday which will be 96hours with no access to hot water & C’Heating,no estimated repair date. What is the SLA? Why is it not classed an emergency/priority?

@SmithandByford we have a gas leak. Gas board came& have turned gas off. They marked it matter of immediate danger to life & property. Advised that S&Byford have to attend to fix. We called 8:30 u advised will be seen by 17:30 no1 has come. No heating No Hot water, disabled child

@PallaviciniSam @NM_Mum I00% agree! Yorda adventures is the most amazing charity that help families with children with disabilities! It’s the only place I have found to take my son and have some special family time. We are on the Raynes Park/ NW boundary and the only place to go within miles & miles x

@LidlGB 9:15.I went back to the car at 9:14 as was freezing standing outside for so long. As I was driving out looked like the were opening,just communication would have been nice from any staff or security to say sorry we are delayed we will be opening in a few mins rather than no info
