I only want Avant and Hatton getting touches and playing time from now on. Hopefully Hatton can heal up. From the limited snaps we saw of him in the UTEP game, you can tell he has a different level of pop. I think Avant and Hatton have the effort and ability to be a great 1-2 punch.

@ParkerThune Arbuckles lack of accountability is astonishing. Every coach has to be able to drop their pride and self reflect. Your scheme has proven to be inefficient game after game.

Agree. The success and scheme that Arbuckle had at Washington St is not what works for SEC and Big 10 matchups. This is a different league.

If you can’t establish a run game then you won’t win many games. The “luck” we had last year is not sustainable. The well runs dry eventually.

I’m not out on John Mateer. I’m out on Ben Arbuckle.

His play calling continues to be a major problem. OU spent the entire offseason preaching the importance of establishing the run, yet Arbuckle continues to call games like he’s still at Washington State and Mateer needs to throw it 40+ times.

There’s no commitment to the run, no patience or trust in the scheme, and no real attempt to take pressure off his QB. The second the run doesn’t immediately produce, we abandon it and go right back to asking Mateer to carry the offense through the air.

Mateer can be a good QB. But Arbuckle has to start calling an offense that actually plays to OU’s strengths. #Boomer #OU

@JayoDani14 @Underwood_szn By all means, root for your team. But reality is also a factor. I know for a fact that most Michigan fans expected to lose that Ohio State game. Upsets do happen in this sport, but you Michigan fans are delusional in the sense that you truly believe you will win tomorrow's game.
