Complaint made to Owner @champneysspas & no apology after 2 weeks!
They put a party of 8’s restaurant bill onto my friends credit card. I got locked in an accessible toilet, the latch broke, pulled the red EMERGENCY cord & no-one came to help!

No-one even asked if I was ok 😡

Wembley just phoned me!!

They’ve got tickets left for 3 dates & I’ve got 2 wheelchair spaces & 2 carers for Sept 4th!! Sooo happy!!!

There’s no way they were being dealt with in order.
Going to make a formal because nothing will change otherwise
