@HomeAffairsSA we applied for my sons ID over 6 months ago. I've followed up countless times each time being told to call back and am not getting any resolution. My son needs his ID for exams which start on Tuesday. How does this take so long?

Dept of Home Affairs is now under the "leadershi" @Leon_Schreib @Our_DA have no problem calling ,campaigning, asking for votes. Yet we applied for my sons ID over 6 months ago, and the response from the DA is "we can't help and we hope he gets it in time for his exam".

@Leon_Schreib My son applied for his ID 6 months ago. I've contacted the DA who have advised they cannot help . My son is writing exams in a week and. I have sent countless emails, called and been told "we hope he gets it on time"

@Our_DA I am at my wits end. My son applied for his ID 6 months ago. I have made multiple calls and asked the DA to assist, since the DHA is now under the leadership of Dr L Schreiber. Yet 6 months and multiple calls and emails. The DA simply says they cannot help further.
