I interned on the hill for Congressman Tom Downey when Reagan was President.

Joe Biden came to our office one day and asked me my name.
Every time he came into the office after that or he saw me in the hallways of Cannon or Rayburn HOB he would say... "Hey Bill, what's going on kid?"

He always remembered my name.
That meant a lot to young 20 year-old activist working on the hill.

I love Joe Biden. ♥️
