@hospital_gifts sells overpriced flowers with the promise of same day delivery. 25 hours later, the flowers i ordered to a new mother still havent arrived and they will likely be discharged soon. I should have never used their service, they have been a total disappointment

@hospital_gifts see screen shots below. Your website says order placed before 1 pm qualify for same day delivery. I placed at 12:30 pm and 25 hours later, the flowers havent been delivered. This is embarrassing and has been a complete rip off. #badservice #falsepromises

@hospital_gifts worst service of any hospital flower delivery. Expensive and they do NOT keep their word. 24.5 hours later, the same day delivery flowers I ordered havent arrived to the new mom I sent them to. This is what I get for trying to use an easy online service. #horrible
