Official @RegistersOfScot statistics out today for 2025-26 show East Renfrewshire had highest median house price of all local authorities in Scotland at £302,200. Inverclyde had the lowest at £123,000. Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Orkney only ones that saw median prices decrease.
