The first group of nurses and midwives to complete our @UHLCNF programme presented their improvement projects and received certificates, at an event held in their honour.

Behavioural signs and symptoms of stress include more accidents, struggling to make decisions, sleeping too much or too little and drinking or smoking more.
Having drawn on her own personal experiences and surveyed colleagues, Hazel said: “My experiences and this project have helped me to understand the signs, so I want to raise awareness. If people are having a bad day, help is available.”
