So it wasn’t just me who thought last night’s @Channel4 program on beef production was a nonsense. Well done to @guardian and their TV reviewer @LucyMangan for not holding back.
I just hope TV commissioners now think twice before going ahead with light-weight, poorly researched documentaries such as this one in the future
