Wear a Hat. Donate £5. Change Lives! 💛🎩
This Wear A Hat Day, we’ve teamed up with comedians Alex Horne and Jim Daly, friends of brain tumour survivor Chris Brown, to bring some humour to a serious cause.
Chris was just 23 when he was diagnosed with not one, but two brain tumours. After major surgery and radiotherapy, his tumour is now stable but he lives with extreme fatigue every day.
Today, Chris is a husband, a dad to Bethany and founder of a support group helping others facing this devastating disease. He knows first-hand how vital research is, because it helped save his life.
That’s why Alex and Jim are backing Wear A Hat Day! 💛

March is #BrainTumourAwarenessMonth 💛
Brain tumours can affect anyone, at any age, yet they remain one of the most underfunded areas of cancer research in the UK. They continue to kill more children and adults under 40 than any other cancer and that has to change.
This month, we’re coming together to raise awareness, start important conversations, campaign for change and fund vital research to find a cure for all types of brain tumours.
How you can get involved:
✨ Download our Brain Tumour Awareness Month social media pack here: https://t.co/lIYD0SUClE
✨ Share the images throughout March using the suggested copy, or personalise it in your own voice
✨ Help us reach new audiences by spreading awareness across your channels
Every post helps shine a light on this devastating disease and strengthens the voice of the brain tumour community.
To mark Brain Tumour Awareness Month, join us online tomorrow, Monday 2nd March 2026 (10:45–11:15am) to observe our annual minute’s silence and pay tribute to all those affected by brain tumours. ➡️ https://t.co/RcOsERyeZu
Thank you for standing with us 💛
