@Apple@AppleSupport has severely let me down. Son made $3k in in-app purchases over 5 day period before I caught it and immediately requested refund. Followed the online process and got denied twice. Human told me nothing else could be done, couldn’t explain why I was denied.
@Apple denied my request for a refund of $4k of in-app purchases by my 9-year old claiming it wasn't eligible and after speaking to a rep and his manager, was told they have no recourse and there's zero info on Apple's behalf as to why it wasn't eligible. Someone help me!
