My shipment number is 14257221297171. It's been a week since the package reached the destination. For the past 3 days, I have been getting a message that the delivery is scheduled for a later date. When I am available at home why can't you deliver it on time?

I have made all the efforts to courier the return items myself via DTDC. I had couriered it on 9th and it reached your warehouse on 11th. I am yet to receive a confirmation and refund. It's been more than 72 hours.
