@Etong___ Yes. Unfortunately being fast and admitting above your quota are not mutually exclusive.
I remember sometime before 2019, Unilorin was immune to asuu strikes and were consequently fast, but they were still admitting above their quota which has lead to the debacle they're in.
The uterus is behind the bladder. They need to move the bladder to see what they’re working with. You people make an issue out of every fucking thing. How are you not tired?
@Jeff_Okhai We can't lower the standards.
That's the difference between medicine and other health care practitioners.
It takes CRAZY work to absorb the CRAZY amount of info it takes to be a doctor.
Most people who scored those high marks still struggle sef
@Jeff_Okhai Lowering the cutoff is not even an option. Truth is that there are still many people that meet the cutoff and still not get in.
It's not that we're not producing enough doctors, the country is just not able to retain the doctors we produce.
She studied “Medical Anatomy” so what is she doing with New school physics by M. W Anyakoha PHD for secondary schools and then stethoscope that should only be used by Doctors and Nurses.
As a Senior Consultant, the reason I haven't raised my voice is simple:
When the interns are gone, I will gladly show up at 5AM, clerk 80 patients, draw the blood, and run the night calls myself.
I am superhuman. Obviously.
As a Senior Nursing Officer, the reason I am silent is obvious:
I have no problem running three wards alone, fixing lines, tracking vitals, delivering babies, doing the paperwork.
I don't need hands. I have dedication.
As a Policymaker, the reason I haven't spoken is elegant:
The interns are a budget problem I solved by terming the students.
My children are not doing internship in Uganda, after all.
As a Patient, the reason I haven't complained is clear:
Even if the doctor cutting me open has worked 36 hours without food, just cut me open and take the baby out.
Hunger sharpens the hands. Everyone knows this.
As a Citizen, the reason I am unbothered is rational:
None of my children is a medic.
I have my pastor.
The system runs on miracles. Always has.
This policy is brilliant.
Let's all stay quiet and watch the magic happen.
