@chriiswavy@DomTheBomb How do you know that? If a company takes away the physical disc option when selling you a game, how would we know what the percentage of each version sells more?
@gibd102@DavidCharpen55@xMBGx They sold a ton up front of course, but sales tanked after. The Xbox 360 was winning in sales so Sony had to drop the price of the PS3. How did they drop the price? Took out hardware components that made it expensive which made it less than what it was advertised as originally.
@xMBGx If it's built with a disc drive, then of course, yes! I will buy and play a lot of PS4, PS5, and some PS3 backlog games on disc for years before I buy a system that doesn't prioritize physical disc.
@projectsergioV2@SonySantaMonica I 100% agree with you, but we can't relegate our dissatisfaction with the way Sony has been operating to just PlayStation. All in-house studios from Sony need to hear how the fans are upset so there are no dark corners, or cervices Sony can hide and stay quiet, brother.
@Wwweffpo@xMBGx Can we not do this? There isn't anything about the PS 6 that says must buy. Don't be weirdo by blindly showing allegiance to any of these companies. It's a bad situation in the gaming industry currently.
