@BarclaysUKHelp I wish we had made that choice. But like thousands of other community groups and charities you made the decision to close our account. It felt like persecution, but realise it was just incompetence. Talking to your agents was awful, as they hated letting customers down.

@Barclays 3/4 Our Community Group were repeatedly asked for information over a 15 month period and we thought we had provided it all. The final trap was a security question we couldn’t answer to reveal the unknown information they said they needed. @Barclays Account closed.
