@d_boeckner From the Terror to Fortitude to True Detective s. 4 (non-canonical) … the “there’s something monstrous—and pseudo-plausible— slumbering in the ice… and it’s coming for your scientific expedition” is trope de jour in the auts, nauts, teens and tots.
@d_boeckner Season 1 was a, real… Terror. I mean, prior to it being a backdoor anthology premise, t’was just a damn fine book adaptation. You read the Dan Simmons novel? Wonderful book, wonderful season.
The funniest thing about telling people you used to help run a small press/limited run record label that specialized in physical media in ornately designed boutique hand made packages is being asked questions like “What happened?” Or “Why don’t you do that anymore?”
@d_boeckner Few things more delicious than a fool who opts to take to the streets and belt out to any and all who will listen, “I’ve been incontrovertibly exposed for the fool I am and I demand the world know it!” rather than quietly walking away and praying that nobody noticed.
Feel like starting a band? Want a career in music? No generational wealth? Worried about AI? Your manager is literally sucking the blood out of your body?

@d_boeckner Scary things revealed possible because we begged the question! We’ll have the full story after an all new Young Sherlock vs. Young Sheldon.
@wolfparadefans@d_boeckner Also: have a setlist. I’ll go find it later, post a pic. (Yes! I have a filing system for musical ephemera.)
It’s got scribbled lyric looking couplets on the back… (I informed the appropriate party that they
might have lost some lyric looking couplets… about 235 months ago)
Only under 21 show I could get to. One of the most best/most formative nights of my life. Officially met y’all. Shares a dorm room air mattress. Snapped a photo of the sleep pile. Think Dan/others thought it was to post somewhere… real creepy like…
