Children in Reception were roving reporters investigating reports of a spaceship landing at The Elms, after which they impressed parents with their scientific knowledge of space travel, the solar system and class stories linked to friendship. What a super start to the day!
Year 4HS's class assembly had an Egyptian theme with many interesting facts delivered confidently by pupils. Humour, drama and singing brought the topic alive, highlighting just how much the children have learnt. #Gofurther

This half term Oh Sew Crafty club have been busy making festive felt decorations! They learned straight stitch, backstitch, cross stitch, and blanket stitch and applied these skills to decorate and assemble their decorations.
Year 6EJ started the day with an energetic class assembly in which they shared their learning about Crime and Punishment through a confident drama performance and super creative writing. #Gofurther
