@SalVulcano This is definitely gonna be a cultural difference.. many people I've spoken to in the US have no clue of actual Indian Currys and such. Here in the UK Indian cuisine is one of the most popular. I love a good jalfrezi or madras with some roti and a poppadom 🤤
