Yet again, I say my own perspective on this on a different post. The ONLY reason why things became tense was because my role as lead developer was not taken into account. You pressured and ORDERED me into doing more hours simply because of my role even though you and Sypher never took anything into account that I said. Furthermore, an argument or two started because you two both constantly started pinging the developers to get on and to "stop fucking around" which made me annoyed at how you treat us like slaves.
