@ChrisCowlin Ridiculous commentary…It’s pretty clear to me their patterns of play are starting to develop and improve. If he and others can’t see that then maybe they’re just looking for a reason to tak shite and engagement farm.
@CockerelCrew It should be the popular opinion. There’s clear evidence in their style of play and patterns that are coming together. Takes time, we’ll be fine.
@Ayhd126H These exact same people are not supporters of Spurs and know nothing about the game. Absolute club cancers. The constant negativity of so called fans for years is a big problem as is the hierarchy, they are a direct factor for the position and culture of the team and club also.
@TheTNHoller That would tell me the GK’s parents feed him that rubbish or the GK might just be taking the piss, rightly or wrongly. Poor from the person taking this video and posting it instead of telling the kid the truth and saying the GK was wrong.
@talkSPORT Keon’s asked the right question. Does it help the team by booing mid game? NO, then don’t do it, support your team so you get the best out them. Boo after if it’s tha bad and little effort put in. Otherwise give your ticket to someone who will help the team.
@sufferingspurs And you think it’s easy to sign players with a toxic, abusive fan base? (Not all fans ofcourse, but now they are at the fore) Why would they come?
@ChrisCowlin Toxic / hostile fans keep players from playing their best and better players from coming to the club. Why would you come to a club where fans think it’s ok to abuse you for making a mistake. Negative breeds negative. Keep it going and nothing gets better.
@HalfwayLino@AlasdairGold Would you prefer him to not give a toss? Emotions like that happen when you care.
Idiot fans who think it’s ok to spew hate are part of a bigger problem mentally. No excuse for it. Period.Shite happens, support your team or just stay at home.
@TheSpursExpress No excuse for booing our own players during a game. Doesn’t help players perform better one bit, does the opposite. It’s pathetic. Couldn’t give a rats how much you’ve paid to be there. Negative breeds negative. End of.
@kernowspursfan@AlasdairGold Agreed.Think Benta is better playing a more forward #8 role. Creates problems when he’s further up pitch and making late runs in behind.
Perfect example is EU final. As soon as he did, created a problem, led to a goal. He has guile.
@HimothyReports Exactly right, we have a team that wants to play forward. We need a #9 for sure, but we have players who want to play to their strengths and not just try and negate the oppositions strengths. Let them play.
@kernowspursfan@AlasdairGold Agree with Bergvall, Sarr and Gray, however Benta is a good footballer. Given the wrong game plan by the manager today. Any midfield pair would have struggled against Arsenal today when we had no clear way of playing forward at the moment.
@AlasdairGold While we 💯 need a #9, we have a decent group of players who we aren’t getting the best out of. We aren’t playing to the strengths of the team we have. Simple as that. There’s more skill in the squad than we get to see because of the tactical set up.
@Billie_T Sick of so called fans booing and berating our team/players. Negative breeds negative, fans should support through thick and thin. The team gains confidence from positivity not negativity. Pathetic.
@CraigxMitch Yep agree. Negative breeds negative and there’s just too much of it for far too long. The boos are a disgrace, does absolutely nothing to help the situation. Needs to change. Just back the team and players ffs.
