Sometimes it seems easier to focus on the negative and “all the things that are going wrong”. Today I invite you to find something to be thankful for, no matter how small it may be. Expressing gratitude in challenging times can often help to start to tip the balance #gratitude
Time to accept the importance of our young people’s holistic health. Physical, mental and emotional health all have equal importance and all require care and attention💜🤍
A useful reminder - it is how the body responds on an emotional, mental and physical level that requires the support. EFT tapping is a great tool to implement here as it can help to clear blocks in the energy system without revisiting the actual experience that resulted in trauma
This week has been a challenge and a great reminder of the levels of resilience that may be needed at times. The personal journey is welcomed as it means when I am helping others I ‘walk my talk’ and experientially develop a range of tools and techniques to offer to support 💜🤍
There are many different ways to do this depending on the age of the person. We discuss ways of encouraging a young person to discover their super power with the teachers I work with - how? By showing the teachers theirs 💚❤️💜

Emotions are complex and we often find it difficult to identify and name how we are feeling. I often add behaviours to the wheel especially for young people as they find it helpful to know that what is happening in their body is giving them a message about how they are feeling.
We can often talk about our self-worth and say that we are worthy or ‘worth it’ but how many of us really believe it? Do you actually feel in your body that this is the truth? How would you know? What evidence do you have that you believe and absolutely know your own self-worth?
We often talk about ‘being kind’ and in doing so we refer to kindness towards others. However, what about kindness to self? Are you aware of how often you do/say something kind to yourself? I invite you to notice those times over this coming week. You matter too 💜💜
