Tasty and part of your morning ritual, but:
(1) OJ is the same as a coca cola. Sugar is sugar when it's in your stomach.
(2) We're designed to eat an orange (maybe two) at a time, not seven.

My "I woke up tired" protocol.
Time to skip the usual hormetic/"good" stressors so my body (and hormones) rest up:
- break my fast with poached eggs
- pass on caffeine; chaga instead
Focus on:
- go outside to start intradian cycle
- bone broth
- what's easy
