Community Update:

After reviewing our experience with X’s Verified Organizations subscription (gold checkmark), we’ve made the decision to step away from it. For blockchain-associated companies like ours, the gold checkmark has not delivered meaningful value relative to the cost.

Here are the key issues we encountered:

- X continues to throttle reach for blockchain and crypto-related accounts, and the gold checkmark does not meaningfully reduce or bypass this limitation.

- The verification badge provides little to no measurable boost in visibility, engagement, or audience growth for projects in our space.

- X ad credits expire at the end of every billing cycle, which creates ongoing waste and makes it difficult to plan effective campaigns.

- All advertisements require pre-approval by X, adding delays, uncertainty, and restrictive hurdles, especially for blockchain and healthcare-adjacent content.

- The overall return on investment has been disproportionately low compared to the recurring monthly cost, particularly for a pre-revenue company focused on building real product.

- Resources tied up in the subscription could be better allocated to actual product development, testing, compliance work, and team support.

Building a meaningful, high-quality innovation in healthcare takes time, patience, rigorous testing, and focused resources. We are fully committed to delivering our groundbreaking Nurse Help Me™ platform the right way, with the integrity, compliance, and usefulness it deserves.

To that end, we are reallocating the resources previously spent on the gold check subscription toward core product work and other growth priorities. By the end of July, you will see @healthaillc transition back to the blue checkmark.

We will also begin exploring other platforms and channels outside of X for promoting and advertising https://t.co/qESonVLS54. We are focusing on environments where paid efforts can deliver more meaningful, targeted, and measurable reach.
