@ShaunLintern Question needs to be ‘re-posed’ is medical led child birth safer and more effective than midwife led childbirth… during the transition to midwifery let childbirth, things seems to have gotten worse. Recognise cause/effect may be way off as overall nhs staffing is in decline etc

@Gastrografin1 All those F 3/4’s that are struggling for work - why on earth don’t we place them into GP practices in place of PA’s - if they are making it this easy for non doctors to progress into GP then surely we could do the same for actual doctors
