DIRECTIVE PASSED: The Council is currently producing a vaccine using research from a joint investigation with the environment council and 3D biprinting. Once developed, it will be made available to each country leaving it to their discretion how to distribute the vaccine.
The EU health ministers would like to clarify that a cure (remedy) is being mass produced and that a vaccine (prevention) is being created in association with the council of environment. #getthiscure
DIRECTIVE PASSED: Working to fix the limited amount of resources to fund production and distribution of the cure, the council has received funding from the Gates foundation (and will also be using the generous 10 euros provided by @ECOFINYMGE) to increase production rates.
The council is currently working rapidly to speedily develop a vaccine based on information acquired from the lab of the French Scientist, unfortunately their resources are limited and time is running out.

Directive passed: contact ECDC to ask if they will share access to disease database; Provide samples from hospitals and use them for research; test cures for similar diseases using 3D bioprinting; designate funding research labs from Germany and Sweden

DIRECTIVE PASSED: State of Emergency Response: The Health Council has passed a joint directive with the council of Justice, Home Affairs, and Social and Cultural affairs calling for emergency protocol, regulating civilian activity in an attempt at further containment.
DIRECTIVE PASSED: Testing of ornakill vaccine to try and maintain the crisis implementing technology using 3D bioprinting. If successful, the council will offer ornakill to affected countries as a temporary vaccine.
Additionally, the health council is conducting blood and urine tests of affected and unaffected individuals for comparison in the labs and created medical facilities intended to treat those already affected.
Directive PASSED: Health council has focused research on the spread of disease and is investing resources in developing a vaccination. The Health council would like to call on NGOs for help and designate special task forces comprised of med. professionals for research.
(Part II) Encourage research in universities and labs, reopening ebola labs for research as the diseases have similarities. The council also moves to transport quarantined patients to designated research hospitals and use funding to research a cure.
