@CohenJeffr13976 @TobyLeary That court decision is from the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, which does not have jurisdiction over MA. 2 possibilities: Either the Supreme Court strikes down a magazine capacity limit law or someone challenges MA's law in MA state (not federal) court.

I have a different take. The Rahimi decision clarified that 1) an American can only be temporarily disarmed if 2) convicted of multiple violent crimes. (e.g. Zackey Rahimi). Likewise, another such case involving a degenerate unlike most Americans can strengthen our rights.

@WeferLawOffices Yeah, I don't get it either. From what I observed, that court of appeals was averaging one year between full briefing and a decision—including a different covid mandate case of mine. But my latest's been fully briefed for almost two years now. 🤷‍♂️

@WeferLawOffices I appreciate that you're still at it. And yes, I'm still fighting. Still have a covid mandate appeal pending before the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals since 2023. And more recently filed suit to strike down state laws that violate constitutional rights.

@LuciferFulci666 @GOALupdate Yes. One of the reasons GOAL's lawsuits consistently fail is that it keeps filing in federal court, where the 1st Circuit Ct. of Appeals will not uphold 2A rights at all. There's a good chance of success in MA state courts, but GOAL doesn't grasp that.

@johnfgately Hearing was set for April 2025 but the parties jointly had the judge delay that, claiming they're discussing settlement. But I would have brought it to trial or executed a judgment to protect rights long ago. I hope the plaintiffs don't half-ass this.

@2AFDN @heine43716 @AntiWuCoalition @capegunworks @CapeCodCitizens The plaintiffs exchanged email messages with Denyel at SAF about this lawsuit on November 11th-12th 2024. The plaintiffs welcome collaboration with SAF and could soon use support like an amicus curiae brief from SAF.
