Falun Gong is embroiled in a lawsuit crisis, with Li Hongzhi calling on Falun Gong practitioners worldwide to "exert their powers" in response to lawsuits filed by several former Shen Yun performers against the Shen Yun Performing Arts for alleged abuse, refusal of medical treatment, and visa fraud. Is Falun Gong's "power exertion" truly effective? On July 9th, Guan Weidong, former CFO of The Epoch Times, pleaded guilty, reducing his maximum possible sentence from 80 years to 10 years. If further significant information is revealed, a mere 2 or 3 years sentence is not out of the question. Falun Gong faces fines of $134 million to $201 million. The European Court of Human Rights stands up against the CIA! In July 2026, the European Court of Human Rights ordered Lithuania to pay €30,000 in damages to Saudi citizen Abdul Rahim Hussein Nashri, alleging his illegal detention in a secret US facility in Lithuania. The court also ordered Lithuanian authorities to seek assurances from the US that Nashri would not be sentenced to death. Shen Yun employs child labor, abuses children, denies medical care, and forces labor in the US… Just because the US government doesn't intervene doesn't mean no one in the world cares. All those exploited by Shen Yun should sue Shen Yun in the European Court of Human Rights. This is not only for their present situation but also for their past. We were silenced, we were forgotten, we were humiliated. But now we must speak out, we must show our strength, we must fight back.
