The World Health Organization says there are now more than 600 suspected cases from an Ebola outbreak in Central Africa and at least 139 suspected deaths.
But at a briefing on Wednesday, WHO officials said, "The scale of the epidemic is much larger."
They also warned that a vaccine likely won't be available for up to nine months, while health workers on the ground say they're underprepared to deal with the outbreak.
Meanwhile, in Germany, the first American known to be infected from this latest outbreak arrived in Berlin for treatment. The CDC says he's in stable condition.
