The first of its kind in Mayo, we aim to improve and promote positive mental health and wellbeing and reduce stigmatising attitudes towards mental health.
Despite 2020 being a challenging year, our resilience, compassion and strength continues to shine through. Wishing you all a positive, hopeful and happy 2021 ✨
You’re busy no doubt today, but if you get a moment to
link in with Mental Health Ireland's Advent Calendar, it's all about Grieving at Christmas, it's a beautiful resource
and I hope it helps. Love Light and blessings. Teresa.

Reuben would be 11 this year if he had lived. Those who knew me and were
there for me also know how wonderful, awful and complicated that time was. This is a deeply personal video
and I hope it helps.
Christmas is wonderful but can also be a "complicated" time with all the memories,
longing and emotions that emerge. We miss our loved ones who cannot be with us at this special time,
but I believe our loved ones miss us too.
It's one week till Christmas, it's #Friday & the festive feels are real ✨We have Christmas messages from the fantastic @AlisonTodayFM & @nikkihayes, games, activities AND the MHI Christmas Quiz with a chance to win a €50 @one4allireland voucher! See 👉https://t.co/kXx0QeBJpL
