Six US Congressmen have written a letter to newly appointed AG Pom Bondi to drop charges against India's Adani Group

They said Biden's DoJ's action was a "misguided crusade". Trump already has abolished FCPA under which Adani group was booked

The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) prohibits US companies from bribing in foreign countries.
Trump's logic is that this act is useless, what these companies are doing outside of US is not US's business. There are many countries where you have to give bribes to survive and due to this FCPA, US companies can't compete with other companies

Since Adani is registered in US also so Adani also comes under this act
