@MF1945998370@GlobalHofstra It's obvious that air pollution is slowly rising to be the leading cause of mortality and with data to support the claims. I hope the affected governments enforce stricter policy to reverse the unhealthy air externally and regulate oils distributed for cooking.
@Jessica40208019 @GlobalHofstra This article serves as a reminder of how intertwined our public health world is with other disciplines. Caring for large populations & our global neighbors requires engaging governments and getting political. Though not a perfect system, it appears democracy wins for healthcare.
@S_Cleiford@GlobalHofstra I enjoyed this article! We as public health professionals have a responsibility of keeping people healthy and creating lines of access to achieve that. Tailoring services to males are a great way to make health more palatable to them and save lives. #MeetPeopleAtTheirPointOfNeed
@GlobalHofstra This article reminds me of the need to (re)invigorate community & (re)define what that means to us. Our global neighbors are our neighbors, disease/infections that affect them impact us. We are interconnected, and as such we must work collectively to keep all of us healthy.
@roxoutloud14@GlobalHofstra This expert panel is much needed considering the impact of the disease extends beyond an endless body count. I believe this initiative will have great impact on containing the disease and equipping the country with best practices for a possible recurrence. #AllHandsOnDeck
