๐ WE DID IT! ๐
๐ฅ HPC is officially the Best Club of the Year at the CMB Youth Challenge Awards! From launching just 1 year ago to leading impactful health and nutrition initiatives, this is just the beginning!
๐ฑ๐ Thank you all for the support! Let's keep promoting health.
The HPC joined the community in @Busogosector Gisesero Cell, empowering local farmers with sustainable farming practices and nutrition education. We also planted avocado trees and provided over 20 avocado seedlings to local farmers.
From farm to fork, we grow healthier community
Health Promotion Club stands in solidarity with all Rwandans and the world as we begin the 32nd commemoration period of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in #Rwanda.
Remember, unite, renew. #Kwibuka32
Today at our model farm, the Health Promotion Club conducted pesticide application on Irish potato crops, performed maintenance on grafted avocado seedlings, and introduced new avocado cultivars in the nursery. Advancing sustainable agriculture
Planting is just the first step!
Through our collective effort, we met at our model farm to carry out pesticide spraying and nursery maintenance, ensuring healthy growth for our Irish potatoes and nurturing young avocado seedlings.
Together, we promote sustainable farming.
The Health Promotion Club extends its sincere appreciation to @AGRIRESEARCHLtd for the invitation to participate in the national workshop. It was a valuable opportunity to engage with extension practitioners and gain practical knowledge on digital tools to support farmers.
Today, @AGRIRESEARCHLtd in partnership with #ROPAAS,@AGRA_Africa , and @afaasinfo conducted a Training of Trainers (ToT) for 20 Extension leaders. They were equipped with climate-smart methodologies, digital and pedagogical skills to effectively cascade knowledge across Rwanda.
Tomorrow, we will host a practical field activity at the HPC Model Farm.
The session will focus on nursery care, Irish potato weeding, and a technical discussion on best practices in Irish potato production.
We look forward to a productive and impactful engagement.
This Saturday, the Health Promotion Club will be in action!
Weโre maintaining our nursery, practicing avocado grafting ,and working hand in hand with local community members.
Growing plants. Growing skills. Growing healthy communities.

We've successfully completed an Irish potato harvesting activity at our model farm, with an encouraging level of production. This milestone reflects our commitment to linking sustainable agriculture with nutrition, food security, and overall community well-being.
๐โจ The Health Promotion Club, wishes all our members, partners, and the community a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
May this festive season bring good health, hope, and renewed commitment to building a healthier society for all. #MerryChristmas#HappyNewYear#Nutrition
Did you know? Avocado trees donโt just improve nutrition โ they boost household income, restore soil, and strengthen community resilience.
We donโt just graft avocado trees โ we grow impact. We ensure every grafted seedling is planted, supported, and given a chance to thrive.
Throwback to the #KuzaNeza Project launch, where we joined @HP_Organi in @NyabihuDistrict for fruit tree planting to boost resilience and food security. A Nutri-Chart session also highlighted key nutrients for under-5s and the link between family planning and nutrition.
After our Irish potatoes emerged strong and healthy, we gave them an extra layer of protection!
Just like how we defend our bodies from diseases, our plants too deserve care against pests.

Planting isnโt the end โ growth needs care!
Just as we nurture our minds and bodies daily, our Irish potatoes also need regular attention.
Weeding done โ because consistency grows results in life and on the farm!
#FromFarmToFork#HealthInAction#GreenGrowth
With hands in the soil and smiles on our faces, the Health Promotion Club kicked off the term by planting Irish potatoes! Living our mottoโFarm to Fork, Fork to Farm,โ we celebrate health, teamwork, and giving back to the land.

On June 19th 2025, we celebrated 2 years of impact with the Health Promotion Club.
The event featured certificate awards, a company launch, leadership handover, and welcoming new members. Farm to fork, fork to farmโwe continue driving change for a healthier, empowered community.
What happens after harvesting Irish potatoes? At Health Promotion Club, weโre not just growing crops โ weโre growing sustainability. After a successful Irish potato harvest, weโve planted beans to restore soil health and nourish our land. @HP_Organi @UR_CAVM @RwandaAgri@FAO
At the Health Promotion Club, based at @UR_CAVM , we dig deeper than soil โ we dig for sustainable solutions to malnutrition.
Our Irish potatoes harvest will directly support nutritious meals in our community. This is how agriculture becomes a tool for health.
