Our Lunch & Learn was a great experience as we delved into the cultural traditions of Kwanzaa, thanks to our presenters, Ms. Margaret Newton, President of Sankofa Securities, Inc., Charlene Farrington, CEO of The Spady Museum and Sonia Bailey, South FL Council of African Elders.

We attended the HELP Conference, hosted by The Plantrician Project which explored how Lifestyle Medicine can help address health disparities in at-risk communities โ emphasizing that where we live, work, play, pray, and eat all play a major role in shaping our health outcomes.
