Throughout our lives we all need different kinds of support. When we’re young, it might be exam stress. As adults, it could be the pressures of raising a family. Later in life, things can feel more difficult or you might be lonely.
GPs, schools, nurseries and health visitors can’t diagnose neurodivergent conditions. If needed, they’ll refer you to a clinician who can carry out a full assessment.
When speaking to your GP, it helps to share any notes or records you’ve been keeping.
@NCL_ICS
Sometimes we all need a little support.🫂
We know things aren’t always easy, you might have things going on at home or you might need help with something more specific.
Don’t suffer alone; speak with people who genuinely understand what you're going through.
