You should do intermittent fasting every day, and it will over time change your life
Some (of many) benefits include:
🔹anti aging
🔹weight loss
🔹better sports performance
Your body is NOT made to eat a lot all day long

@DejaRu22 Jokes aside
She could be saved from her fatness in less than a year with fasting and some exercise.
Not even that difficult if she wants the change (she does)
@DejaRu22 When I first tried fasting 4 years ago, I really struggled the first 2 days.
On day 3 it only got better and better, and you understand how easy it is after getting through the start.
Most normies can't handle (or don't want to) the first days

This is the summary of the 12 Primary Principles For Perfect Health from the great @bengreenfield
He forgot to add strength in the summary, but under strength in the article it says it is «one of the most potent tactics for defying age»
Do as many of these possible every day
@LifeMathMoney I have done all these things + + +
However for me the best ROI was fixing my sleep
Before trying different diets and bio hacks etc., just go to bed at around the same time, and put your alarm clock
ITS SO EASY
Will get greater and faster health-results then all other shit
Definition:
- Sense of importance and level of trust in one’s internal dialogue.
Ie: Someone with low self-esteem will discard thoughts that give them more importance and tend to listen more to what they’re being told. Vice-versa.
- How can you tell someone’s level of self-esteem:
• Pattern of assurance and confidence in their speech and choice of words:
The words they use and the room for doubt they live. Paying closer attention to the words used helps.
Someone who lacks self-esteem will tend to avoid talking in absolute.
They’ll use more “may” “might”
As opposed to someone with a higher level of self-esteem who will more easily use words like Always or Never.
• Agreeableness:
How resistant to external feedback they are. The lower your self esteem the higher your agreeableness (although not true for everyone).
This is common sense though, the more assured someone is with regards to their own thoughts and positions, the more they’ll resist a diverging point.
But this is incomplete without the next point.
• Ability to differentiate between criticism and feedback:
The lower your self-esteem the more you’ll tend to confuse both. But the stronger your self-esteem the less it affects you.
Not that you won’t listen, but you simply are able to extract the feedback out of the criticism because you want whats best for yourself.
- How to increase it:
• Achieve. If you haven’t done anything with your life, you probably have a lower self-esteem. This can be sports, business or any other endeavor. This helps change the idea you have of yourself.
• Monitor yourself for low self-esteem behavior, like saying no when you mean yes or when you talk negatively of yourself (in public or internal dialogue)
• Get rid of people who put you down. Many times self-esteem is tied to environment because a lot of people are constantly programmed into thinking low of themselves
-> Because it suits their interests
That being said;
Program or be programmed.
If you don’t program yourself, someone else will do it hfor you.
And you wont like where that leads.
