This morning, we met with this cohort of the Community Teams Program for the last time. We loved the opportunity to work with these amazing teams from Northwestern Wisconsin. We can't wait to see what they accomplish in the years ahead!
Thank you to all the COACH teams, CTP teams and individuals who joined us for this past learning community session. This joint session gave teams from both programs a chance to come together and see the amazing work being done across the state... virtually!

Video stories are a creative way to showcase work that is happening in communities. We partnered up with Roots4Change on this video to lift up and share their powerful work! #videostories#narrative#storytelling
