@XelaEisenberg @CensoredHumans Forgiveness of enemies doesn’t allow for classifying enemies into those worthy of forgiveness or not. Part of me wishes it did. This is why Christ’s teaching is so radical and hard to follow. Sadly, most Christians avoid it.

@XelaEisenberg @CensoredHumans I think you missed my point. Both Hamas and IDF have committed atrocities. Tit for tat brutality only makes matters worse. An eye for an eye and tooth for for tooth only makes us blind and dumb. As a Christian I have to follow the civilising path of mercy…it’s the only way out.

@Glinner Very sad. A genuine person with a soft and humble heart. Worked a lot for the homeless and used his talents accordingly. He’ll be missed especially on those Christmas eves when he led the singing on Grafton St with carols and other songs to support the homeless. God bless him.

@Toibin1 Amnesty lost me when they pushed a pro abortion agenda and vigorously campaigned for abortion in Ireland via their rep Colm O’Gorman. Their founder Sean McBride (who was very pro life) must be turning in his grave. Whatever happened to their call to help prisoners of conscience?
