Apparently the reason my house insurance has gone up by 50% is that I'm a long-standing customer of @HiscoxUK and @Barclays and new regulator rules mean that I have to pay the same rate as new customers they are trying to 'attract' - good luck with that!

Now that I have reason and opportunity to travel 5000 mile to Vancouver, you won't let me use the voucher because it expires prior to the trip starting, leaving you with my money and significantly in profit. Chat and email is like a black hole!
