It happened to me at a dance class when another chap came up to me, shook my hand and thanked me for saving his life years earlier, following his heart attack.

Again, not sure it had been quite that dramatic, but It was kind and thoughtful ….

Today was one of those memorable teaching moments at @royalhospital. New venue worked perfectly; the six Nottingham final year students were delightful & receptive. The presentation flowed amusingly and 70 minutes flashed by in an instant. Couldn’t have been bettered!

Maybe the same person who designed the solid red back, which I thought only applied to the Premier League, leading to my assumption that the designer presumed our promotion was guaranteed and it was too late to change!
