PATIENT UPDATE: More than 20 years ago, 8-month-old Tyron traveled from Nicaragua to the US for life-saving heart surgery from HeartGift.

Today, he’s 22 and in medical school on his way to becoming a doctor. ❤️

Doctors and nurses prepare for HeartGift’s annual #medical mission trip to #Bolivia during a recent “pack out” day. Lots of supplies are needed for our annual 10-day medical mission trip where 21 young Bolivian children will receive life-saving #heartsurgery. ❤️🎁🌏
