This one is for all the people saying PPG can thrive on the revenue from its other games 👀
Take a look at the revenue for their games, and tell me they're not very reliant on LADS.
Also: remember that many of the other games on the gacha ranking list for mobile which we pay attention to, is also on PC - LADS is not. The mobile revenue is their complete revenue (other than merch sales).

⚠️⚠️ TW: MY OWN ANALYSIS + SPOILERS AHEAD!
Shortly after the protagonist loses everything, he comes across a giant model of the same woman who used to be his AI girlfriend. He approaches her, perhaps seeking some kind of comfort, perhaps hoping to see the living image of the woman he once loved.
It's a brutal scene, not only because of the way she invites him to buy her, assuring him that she will cure his loneliness, but also because of what she says right afterward.
You see, to put it simply, the protagonist is a character who questions his memories, his humanity, and even his own existence within a corrupt system he has grown accustomed to living in. Because of their genetics, he isn't considered human because he is a replicant, a being artificially created to serve specific purposes. To keep him from straying from his objectives, he undergoes mental evaluations, during which they are asked questions to ensure they remain the compliant machines they are expected to be.
That is, until his girlfriend convinces him otherwise. K, the protagonist, has no friends. He occasionally talks to his boss, but their relationship is strictly professional. So his AI girlfriend is his only real point of "contact" with the outside world, and as he begins to uncover clues suggesting that he might actually be human, his childhood memories (which are supposedly meant to be fabricated for replicants) start to take on a whole new meaning. They seem to be connected to reality, not nearly as fictional or made up as they should be.
His girlfriend AI, Joi, encourages him and convinces him that he might be humanity's chosen one, someone important, a miracle. He could be the result of a human and a replicant falling in love, something that supposedly shouldn't exist, yet somehow does.
"A real boy needs a real name. Joe. You're too important for K. Your mother would have named you Joe" Joi tells him, giving him that name at the very moment they become convinced that K might actually be human.
But then we get to the revelation later on, it wasn't that K had simply gotten things mixed up. Everything was the result of a terrible, unfortunate coincidence. K was never the chosen one, never a miracle... He was just some guy.
And then we return to that scene with the giant woman. After pointing at him and assuring him that she could be the cure for his loneliness, she says something incredibly revealing.
"You look like a good Joe."
It wasn't that Joi, his recently "deceased" AI girlfriend, had given him a special name. It was a generic one, a default name, the kind AI models use when you haven't given them your name yet. It's also a play on words in English, since "good Joe" is similar to calling someone a "nice guy". In other words, he was just an average Joe.
And in reality, everything he had built with Joi came down to nothing more than code. He wasn't the chosen one, nor was he unique to the AI he had as a girlfriend. His relationship and bond with Joi were nothing more than the result of programming and code designed to create the illusion of a personal, intimate connection.
So, did all of this lead to a... happy ending for the protagonist? He realized that that he wasn't the chosen one, but that he still was special enough to make the right choice, despite his unfortunate fate.

This is absolutely laughable. You abandoned the overseas market and humiliated overseas players, and now you’re collaborating with an overseas IP, trying to pretend that everything is fine and nothing ever happened. I often wonder how you manage to be so utterly shameless.
The movie is about a synthetic human who yearns to be a "real boy", and the emotional climax of the movie is when he discovers that the woman he loves didn't really exist, and her special, private name for him was a pre-programmed generic username.
What a disgraceful collab.
DAILY WEIBO UPDATE:
#Valko support posts still dominate the LADS supertopic even with the drop of the promotion for the new collab. I'm tired from going on a short trip with my family so I'll save my comments for tomorrow. For now, keep fighting!
