Babuji taught us the essence of love—not merely as a concept, but as a living reality. He personified it in his life and continues to let that love flow to us, so that we may blossom like lotus flowers and become who we are truly meant to be. May we receive it with gratitude and use it wisely.
Let us all remember his divine presence and sincerely strive to imbibe his spiritual teachings into our daily lives.
Lord Buddha’s spiritual journey began not from personal suffering, but from witnessing the suffering of the world. Though he lived a life of privilege as a prince, untouched by misery himself, the pain he saw around him stirred profound compassion within. He did not merely observe human suffering, he felt it deeply in his heart.
This awakening gave rise to a powerful resolve: to seek a path that could free humanity from misery. His inward search was born not from his own hardships, but from an extraordinary compassion for the suffering of others.
This Buddha Purnima, let us learn from Lord Buddha that when we open our hearts with true compassion for others, we awaken the path to deeper purpose, wisdom, and lasting change.

Remembering this tale of Lord Buddha, every spiritual seeker who approached him with questions, doubts, and a longing for wisdom was met with gentle patience.
Instead of immediate answers, Lord Buddha would simply ask them to wait, to experience, and to allow the journey itself to reveal the truth. In time, their questions dissolved, replaced by inner clarity.
Similarly, in Heartfulness, even a single meditation session with a trainer (sitting) can open the door to deep transformation. What you experience within can answer countless questions and lighten many burdens. The only condition is simple: sit with an open heart.

We often mistake laziness for a flaw, something to fix with force or discipline. But it’s not always a lack of energy; sometimes, it’s energy waiting for direction.
From a spiritual lens, laziness can be a signal: a call for purpose. When there’s nothing meaningful to move toward, even energy feels heavy.
With Heartfulness morning meditation, you create a daily space to reconnect with that purpose. And from that clarity, action begins to flow.
So instead of forcing, pause, sit, and meditate. The spark is already within you.

At work or in our daily chores, we’re often juggling multiple tasks. Some handle it with ease, while others feel overwhelmed.
But the truth is we can only do one thing at a time, no matter how much is on our plate.
Spirituality doesn’t demand extra time. Even while working, we can remain in a meditative state. This shift doesn’t happen overnight it unfolds gradually, bringing calm and clarity into everything we do.
The Sanskrit word “Namaste” literally means “I bow to you.” This first exercise uses the familiar Namaste greeting to cultivate inner awareness of your connection with others and your environment. It allows love to radiate from your heart in a more conscious way.
The idea is to greet others with the word “Namaste” to honor and acknowledge the higher Self within them. This simple gesture opens your heart to the pure essence of all beings. Whether practiced silently within your heart or expressed while greeting others, it expands your awareness from human to humane to divine.

Hanuman is the one who is completely without ego or need for recognition.
The ultimate symbol of selfless service, humility, and unwavering focus, he reminds us what it means to live beyond the self
Even in meditation, we move towards this very state, where the individual dissolves, and only pure devotion remains.
This Hanuman Jayanti, let’s take a step closer to that surrender and reconnect with our highest purpose.

Mahavir Jayanti honours Lord Mahavir, the final Tirthankara of Jainism. The name “Mahavir” reflects his extraordinary courage and inner purity. Born as Vardhaman, he attained liberation through deep spiritual discipline and self-realisation.
Through every challenge, he embodied forgiveness and compassion. His timeless teachings of non-violence continue to inspire millions across the world.
This Mahavir Jayanti, let’s pause and reflect on his wisdom and carry his message forward by choosing kindness, empathy, and peace in our everyday lives.

Be genuine, original, and authentic. Say what you mean, and mean what you say. No hidden agendas, no masks, no hiding faults, and no camouflage. There is a childlike innocence, purity, and simplicity in truthfulness.
Being truthful, while ensuring that the truth never hurts another person's heart, is only possible when ahimsa becomes a part of us.
Imagine starting a relationship just to escape heartbreak,
it rarely lasts.
That’s what happens when dissatisfaction is the fuel.
We give up easily.
But when love is the reason,
we stay, we try, we grow.
Steadiness, or sthira, is the foundational quality. It is a living balance that enables calm engagement with life, allowing stability without rigidity, and is possible only through meditation.
Patanjali’s phrase sthira sukham asanam, often understood in relation to physical posture, actually points to a way of being that is grounded, yet relaxed and open to change. Such a state shapes the personality and is essential for receiving and integrating subtler experiences.
