I would love to know why I get backlash for just saying why can't a non white person play superman or another character that was written as a white character. What's the big deal in changing that small detail. If the person acts better than everyone else auditioning.

[Heartiona @Heartiona1]

@TheeRedComet @CrisantiAva @CBR No I get that, but I'm saying white people usually have more positive roles than any other race. Hollywood always portrays Arabs as being villains and people who aren't smart. The media/Hollywood has an effect as to how U.S sees other cultures and it gives U.S a bad image.

[Heartiona @Heartiona1]

@Ladyofhadess @TheeRedComet @CBR I'm Portuguese and Native American and I have friends who aren't white and feel the same way I do. So you gtfo of here with your old fashioned views. I never said make superman black, I just said why couldn't he be played by another race if the person played the part best.

[Heartiona @Heartiona1]

@khloekardashian Created a family with a man who was willing to break up his first family and then he cheated on you, what did you expect? No one broke your family, but the little boy you decided to get with, a real man don't do that to the mother of his child or family.

[Heartiona @Heartiona1]

@etherealanatomy @najmie____ @TheKalenAllen @khloekardashian 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭😭😂😂😂😂

[Heartiona @Heartiona1]

@Ladyofhadess @TheeRedComet @CBR Absolutely ignorant of you to even assume that I am talking about non fictional roles. That would be completely idiotic to have another ethnicity play a role like MLK. Use your brain girl.

[Heartiona @Heartiona1]

@Ladyofhadess @TheeRedComet @CBR No because white people have an easier time being casted so not what I'm suggesting. I'm saying why cast a white dude to play a role that another person of a different race can play better and is a fictional role based on a story that can be changed.

[Heartiona @Heartiona1]

@Ladyofhadess @TheeRedComet @CBR Except that Hollywood casts more white lead roles than any other race/ethnicity.....I am done arguing with the ignorant on this matter because it really is an issue which is why specific movies are doing all black casts because of this issue, but if you'd like to remain blind ok.

[Heartiona @Heartiona1]

@CrisantiAva @TheeRedComet @CBR All I'm saying is why book a character for their color alone, why does any character have to be a specific color. Why can't the better actor get the job based on merits and talents portrayed in the audition. I feel many characters are hired based off of color and ethnicity.

[Heartiona @Heartiona1]

@Ladyofhadess @TheeRedComet @CBR I'm not saying it has to change, I'm saying what's the problem if two actors go for the role and a black person plays it better why would you give it to the white guy? Just cause hes white?

[Heartiona @Heartiona1]

@stfugdn @TheeRedComet @CBR Except a lot of our movies and media is shared throughout other countries not just our own. Plenty of other countries have played our movies and even get offended by our portrayal of other cultures and races.

[Heartiona @Heartiona1]

@mikehall835 @CBR Why? Because an Asian superman would be extremely upsetting to you and change the story drastically? How does skin color change the story line? It's the fact your perception is off. You don't watch a movie for the actors race, they're changing Hollywoods perception on races.

[Heartiona @Heartiona1]

@adrjaco @CBR Because change is good, in our culture for a long time white race has been dominant and they're trying to show that other races can play these roles and be seen in a positive light. Look at Disney princesses most where white race, as if another race couldn't be a pretty princess
