@Jainadave_ Maintain an average of 20 km per day and the fat goes away but you may lose muscle too! Strict diet with 3 or fewer cheat days per month! I lost 9 kilos in a month. And I do abs workouts 5 days a week. Down to 73 kgs now. I will try to up protein in take this month!

I have cut down junk nd overall calories and lost over 9 kgs in 30 days just by walking the hell out!! I lost muscle mass too but it’s fine I want to be lean! Now my weight is 73.5 down from 82.
