Not every private detail belongs online. But the polished version of womanhood has left too many women believing they are uniquely failing at things that are common, predictable and survivable.

Tell your younger friend what motherhood has truly taught you. Tell your sister what ignoring red flags did to your nervous system. Tell your daughter how money works. Tell your friend what you ignored before your health collapsed.

Women have always protected one another by passing knowledge sideways.
