At least where I'm from, "idiots and insane persons" are 100% of the electorate, myself included. Don't see how they will enforce that.

There is an amendment on our ballot here to bar from voting "idiots and insane persons". That subjectivity frightens me. I think if they were more specific like "dunderheads and nutburgers" I could get behind it.
