It's ya boys birthday and I started 37 off by completing a 16 mile run in 2h 2m on live stream. My previous pr was 13 miles and it took me 2h 20 to run that last year. Today, I hit the 13 mile mark in 1h 31 min, 50 minutes faster than last year. I'm proud of myself fr 💪🏿
