The 211 operator mentions the temporary cold weather shelter opening at 8pm tonight due to the snow forecast...... but those are for people 18 and over only. The 211 agent: "oh that's right, sorry."

A 17-yo saying a new green sweep notice says to call 211 is given the name of 4 agencies (Bridge house, New Avenue for youth, outside in, Janis youth porchlight). They all list Access Center 503-432-3986 as intake.

It sounded like the heater was working properly? I'd suggest if it's that cold or the tent is too large to stitch to a can heater with an 8-inch pot
